Today, I'm going to tell you guys about some free graphic design software that I found~(By free, i mean LEGALLY free)
1. Paint.NET

I have used this program, and I personally telling you that it's great for both drawing AND photo manipulating. Sure, it lacks some things compared to Photoshop like colour pallete is too basic or lacking photo manipulating tools, but it's sure a great program if you're not a HARDCORE photo editor~
2. GIMP
http://www.gimp.org/
I haven't tried this yet, but I might download it sometimes. It's also like Paint.NET, where you can edit photos and stuffs, but I heard some people also use it to colour or draw. Do check it out, or else...
3. MyPaint
http://mypaint.intilinux.com/
Some of my friends in a Facebook group started using this program, so I decided to check it out. What I found out blew my mind~! Seriously, it's so awesome~! Check this one out also~ or I'll call pedoboss.
That's all I can find for now~ Hope this helps you guys who keeps lurking in teh intehnetz for drawing programs. Do note that I don't put this in order. I like them all equally.
